    hi guys, i just finished my 2nd bulking cycle of cyp,eq,slin,drol.

    started at 185 lbs at 9% bf and i am now done after 10 weeks at 230.5 lbs. good gains.

    time to diet down for 8 weeks. will continue to run hcg at 1000 iu/ew to keep myself HPTA regulated. ok here we go:

    wks 1 - 8: 100 mg test prop/ed

    clen 1 week on 1 off at 125mcg/ed, ECA while off of clen at 3 ECA/ed (25 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 1 aspirin )

    wks 1 - 4: 125 mcg t3
    wk 5: 100 mcg t3
    wk 6: 75 mcg t3
    wk 7: 50 mcg t3
    wk 8: 25 mcg t3

    wk 1 - 8: slin at 5 - 7 iu post-workout, i am down from 20iu/PW while bulking 4 on 2 off.

    i always use slin while dieting to prevent muscle loss and to get me into keotsis.

    diet:

    300 - 350 g protein/ed
    200 g carbs
    30 g EFA

    how does it look ?

    my question is how often do i do cardio, i do it for 45 mins every morning, how many times a week do i need it !

    The aspirin in the ECA stack is not advised. It will inhibit protein synthesis.

    I would switch from steady state low intensity cardio to HIIT cardio, 3 times per week is plenty. Something like 10 100 meter sprints, with 100 meters of walking in between sprints.

            okay, you need to pyramid your T3, not start high and go down...start at 25mcgs then work up to 100 and then back down,...this should be done in a 6 week period

              Exactly what I was going to say. Not to mention you should only run the T-3 for 4-6 weeks otherwise you rn the risk of permantly damaging your thyroid. Your Pyramid should look something like this -

              Week 1 Day 1-3: 25mcg
              Week 1 Day 4-7: 50mcg
              Week 2 Day 1-3: 75mcg
              Week 2 Day 4-7: 100mcg
              Week 3: 100mcg every day
              Week 4 Dy 1-3: 75mcg
              Week 4 Day 4-7: 50mcg
              Week 5 Day 1-3: 25mcg
              Then off

              Remember this is only an example you can pyramid yours however you like. If you think you can go up to 125mcg a day, go for it. But the highest I have ever gone is 100mcg per day. But I know people who have done 200mcg per day. Thats the problem everybody's body reactes differently, you may be fine. No way to tell until you try.

                you can also run your t3 at 50 mcgs throughout with no ill effects-- i dropped a ton of weight doing that for 8 weeks
