A guy over at ANASCI gave everyone a copy of that. I dont know about some of the stuff that guy says. I have read medical studies at work in our medical databse about this, but like someone said above, I think it takes a pretty high amount.
i think people exagerate the effectiveness of using clen post cycle to hold onto muscle. i dont think it works very good. i think the biggest benefit is from the increased energy, keeps you training hard.
