Does anyone know the dosing of the liquid clen at 200mcg/ml?

How effective is it?

Use an insulin syringe, U100, its 1ml total capacity scored from 10-100

if the dose is 200mcg/ml, then every 10 scored on the syringe would be 20mcg

most start at about 20-40mcg per dose, and break it up through the day, average max, is roughly 120mcg

give your body a few days to get used to it, if you arent already, body builds a rather quick tolerance

yeah sure what doom said...u don't want to use a normal syringe and get up to insane dosages like me :)

start with 2-3 squirts ...it take 1.5 hours to get in the system...be carefull the sprayer is very accurate 10 squirts = 1ml
