What blood tests should I get?

I am going to start getting regular blood work done...I have forgotten which tests are important, I need to tell my doc which tests Im needing. Could someone help me? Also, is there a good website for interpreting blood work numbers? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...DZ
