Yes you can take both at the same time. If your going to take T-3 I'd suggest and I'm sure many others would suggest that you throw in some type of AS so as to not lose muscle. Read up on T-3 and how to use it, I've replied to a bunch of posts on that topic already.

I don't know which he was refering too but you definitely want to taper off of the T-3. In fact I spend 55% of the time I'm on T-3 tapering down. Maybe he was talking about the clen. Personally I don't like the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, I take it 2 days on 1 day off.
I've use T3 and clen together many times. Here are my rules of thumb (others may disagree, I don't care this works for me):
* ramp the clen dose up until I can't take the side effects (shaking, etc)
* Start the T3 at 25mcg/day and go up until I can't the side effects (sweating, sleeplessness, etc).
* run clen 2 weeks on, 2 off - use and ECA or NYC stack during off weeks
* run an AAS with this, preferably something that doesn't aromatize and retains little water, like Tren or Winstrol.
* taper off the T3, no need to taper the Clen.
What is the max. pyramid dose of T3 a person should take?
100 mcg? And what is the max. amount of time of a T3 cycle?
I have read that you shouldn't go past 5 wks.....and within that
5 wks you should pyramid up to a dose of about 75-100 mcg? but I still want to know personal experiences on it.
Also what is the rebound effect of T3....I know some "experimental" users who have never been able to fully recover. They either became fat (and now cannot lose weight no matter what) or became very lean and skinny and cannot gain an ounce even with AAS.
I've never had a fat can't lose weight or a skinny can't gain weight problem. I personally wouldn't run it more than 6 weeks. Just to be on the safe side I don't go past 75mcg as well. You should run it 5%/40%/55%. 5% of the time your on it going up, 40% at max dose, 55% ramping down. I liked it for competiton, it helped me lean out a lot. Left a little bit of a flat feeling but I stopped it about 4 or 5 weeks out of competition.
how bad is the rebound from the t3... how quickly do you put the weight back on? I am basically using it to try and get over a hump... i cant seem to get below about 11%
I didn't notice a rebound, I was on Fina/Winny/Prop and dieting for competition. Like most do, after competition I blew up. I'll bump it for ya for more answers though.

Got a better idea thats more effective for gettin shreaded?
I have ran t3 a few times and just run 75mcg throughout. No ramp up or down and have never had a thyroid "rebound" problem. This works for me but everyone is different. I always run around a gram of aas while on T3 though to preserve hard earned muscle.

I think you switch off between them because your body gets used to it. Make sure you read up on T3 before you use it, or it could mess up your thyroid.
