ok... act as if im a complete retard here.. please explain what i should do if i have 1gm of clen... i can get 20 ml and 50 ml vials.. which should i use to get 1 cycle of clen..the mcgs are really confusing the hell out of me and i dont feel like making my heart explode.... please help
