I am trying to find out what the correct amount of liquid clen to take. I tried it this morning 4 squirts, and waited for 2 hours and nothing. I even went back to sleep for a couple of hours! So I am wondering if the squirter is not working properly and I did not get the proper dose. any ideas?

if im not mistaken, most research companies make concentrations 120mcg per ml. grab a syringe, measure out a ml/cc and drink that. try that and come back

I'm not sure what your mcg/ml are but you shouldn't take it all at once unless you've used it before. Otherwise you could feel the side effects, and youe not gonna like em. If it IS 120 mcg/ml then .2 ml would be 24 mcgs. If anything start with 48 mcgs for a couple days and go up from there.

I got liquid clen that is 200mcg/ml/ . Doom had an excellent suggestion. If you use an insulin syringe that is divided into 100 units per 1cc then the 10 mark would be 1/10 the concentration. Hence at 120mcg/ml the 10 mark would be 12.5mcg, the 20 25mcg etc. It is more accurate that way. I'm told that the "squirter" is 5 sprays=.5ml but who knows how accurate it is.

I did 3 squirts then waited 30 mins then did 2 more and shook for 16 hours.....everyone is different on this stuff .....try adding a few more squirts be careful the pump is very accurate

I am now taking 7 squirts and seeing moderate results. My hands shake a little, nothing too bad. I do sweat more, thats how I can tell when its working good.
