Time on = Time off does that include PCT?

Say your run a 12 week cycle. Should you wait 12 weeks after your last shot or 12 weeks after PCT.
Or if you include PCT your cycle is actually around 17 weeks. (12w cycle + 2w break + 3week PCT) So should you wait 17 weeks after PCT?

Myself and most others include PCT as time off. Time off is generally your time away from Test and high liver toxicity chemicals. PCT is neither.
