During the whole time I was learing about AS and everything, I would go to spotinjections about everyday. I would look at the pics, think about how an injection I did would go. I would read about everyone's procedures on injecting. I did all that. I must have went through an injection about 2 or 3 times a day in my head, for a solid year. Take it one step at a time. Now it is like brushing my teeth.
