man, never been a fan of quad shots. .don't know how guys stick stuff in their legs haha:) but each to their own. .I love a good delt shot but I use the really small 5/8 inch 25g pin. . .I am really lean all the time and you just have to jam it tight to the skin and you won't get a lump. . .also, you won't build as much scar tissue from the smaller guage.

thats why i use nothing larger than 25 guage

1" 25ga. is all anyone needs in the quads, unless they have fat legs, then 1-1/2" 25ga. will do. Remember the bigger the pin, the more you'll scar. BB
