  • Natural Test Recovery

    Anybody know about how long a person's natural test levels take to recover after a couple nights of heavy drinking? Going to get my bloodwork done before starting my next cycle and want to be sure I get the most accurate results possible. I would assume a week would be a safe bet, but I don't know. Anybody??

    Give it a week or 2. But I have to ask, whats with this, "couple nights of heavy drinking". Not good brother.

      Right on BOUNCER! I only drank one year in my life and not very much. It was when I turned 19 and went to the bars. I quit before I was 20.

      It is so useless and so bad for your body. I look at alcohol as poison!

        I am very safe and smart about what I put into my body with the exception of alcohol, which I do not think is even all that bad. I take all of the necessary precautions to ensure that pretty much everything (liver, kidneys, joints, cholesterol...) are all in check before, during and after any cycle I do. I am about to start my heaviest cycle that I've ever done. Therefore, I am wanting the most accurate results more so for the sake of seeing how long it takes me to completely recover post cycle and to see which supplements benefit me the most. How many people get their bloodwork done pre and post cycle? I’d say out of the steroid users, the people on these boards are the most informed and have the most information on how to safely and effectively administer these substances, yet people all of these informed people don’t get their blood levels checked, don’t take their supplements and don’t eat or sleep like they should. I’m not saying I’m picking the lesser of the evils or anything like that, but I don’t think that it’s all that detrimental to one’s health to have a couple beers now and then. I'm sure I'll be getting flamed plenty for this, but I don't really see how drinking is being all that irresponsible...and yes, i'll even be "immature" and have a couple while I'm on a cycle to. I’m certainly sure that it would be “better” to not drink while on a cycle or even at all, but I think that as long as you take all your supplements, drink your water and bust your butt through the lethargy that follows your not going to be messing up yourself on or off of a cycle. I’m not saying I’m going to go out and drink beer everynight on my cycle, or that I even do that currently, but I probably will have a beer from time to time when I’m sitting out in the sun on the boat with my friends, or wherever I’m at for that matter. I think that if someone is all that paranoid about their well being then steroids should never even be considered either. It does alot of good for you, but like it or not, there is no way around the fact that it does put stress on your body no matter how many supps you take.

            While your training bro, I'd lay off the beer or liquir bro. I know I did some posts on cravings for beer and all the guys told me about what more inportant getting wasted or getting bigger. Bigger of course. Cause drinking is just gonna mees with u and make u feel like shit, while training will make u feel and look good. Just my advice bro, :)

              Alcohal is a waste (My opinion, not flaming) 80% of ppl that drink do it because of pressure or to be "cool" Not only does it tear down ur supps and muscles, it just makes u look stupid. Plus id rather remember what happened the night before if you know what I mean ;) Ull be fine for the testing dude, but dont u just fee4l guilty, everytime u drink its like wasting a workout....To me anyway, plus I personaly hate the taste. This is not a flame at all dewd, alot of ppl drink, im just stating my opinion and tryin to help u out. Keep that in mind next time ;)

                Agree, dont take it bad bro, but my friends try to pressure me into drinking most of the time and I say no. They go come one man dont be a wuss take a beer at least, blah blah blah. Nah but I only drink when Im off the cycle and its just like once a month or less. I used to drink alot before but my beer belly started getting huge over 38" inches. I rather stopped drinking and concentrated on BB.:D

                  I agree. That's why I usually try to do it on an off day or something like that. I also try to drink tons of water before and afterwards along with all my vitamins as well. I make sure I get as much rest as possible and as soon as I get up I try to eat big and hit the gym hard, but I do agree with what all you are saying though.

                    hey bro

                    first thing drinking achol.is very ,very bad for test production.the achol destroys liver emzyms and it takes week s to restore the liver to 100% and on the flipside the yest you find in beer slows down test release in your blood in result your body has to play catch up to fix so even if you stop for a couple weeks .your body is still in the repair fase and for guys that say I only drink once in awhile mean evry couple weekends their allways playing catch up with their system.in short inhibets the grouth to the muscle buy no converson or protin to the muscle it is rerouted to fix your body.

                    plus if you are training hard your muscle is in high demand for nutrants. so dont delay the process.

                    you can find alot of good articals on the net coserning drinking,while on or off anabolics.
