I have just been glancing at it at night, it does talk about certain underground labs. It's listed by names, so you have to know what you are looking for.

It even mentions kits for fina, but does not give out the sites to purchase them from.

So far it's a good read, talks all about chemaical structures, side effects, some sample cycles and names of current companies producing what and from where.
