alternative to surgery??

Buddy of mine has some gyno and said he has had for about 5 years. he is about at 19% bf. Will loosing some weight take away the puffy look and is there any anti-e's that will sucessfully eat away at the gyno? He really wants surgery to be the last option...

The bumps are pretty solid. So you think the femara will disolve the bumps?

This might sound a little out there, but bare with me......GH has been proven to reduce fat at the site of injection...so I'm wondering if you have a mild case of puffy nips(due to fat accumilation and not gland hardening) if you hit the GH shots to the nips will this burn away the fat just like anywhere else??
