Jay is a super nice guy. . .anyone that thinks not does not know him personally. . .One of my VERY good friends is VERY good friends with jay. .I talked to Jay on the phone before xmas and he was awsome.
He does not take a huge amount of AAS but he does take slin and GH although I am not sure on the amounts. . .

I've also heard that about Jay, Allways a super cool bro. We all have bad days and moments ( hell my arrest record will attest to that ). I've also heard, and this is no secret that the pros can spend as much as 50 grand pre contest. Damn that would last me the rest of my life plus a couple of reancarnations!

i met Jay at the airport, it was 6 am and he was sitting ther with his wife, i was kinda shocked to see him but i stopped and talked with him for about 5 min. he was a really down to earth nice guy

6iu's to 10iu's a day. Thats what the guys at my gym take. Seems to get some of them pretty damn big also. You do have to take it for a long time though. I am starting to think this 3iu to 4iu shit wouldn't work as well.

Jay has always been cool when I've talked with him. Lou Ferigno (sp?), now there's an asshole.

There is NO WAY they spend 50 grand for a cycle. Many pros have said contest prep costs them $5000 for 12 weeks of prep.

We'll never really know what they take though.
