I'm looking for some advice about whether to try a cycle for the first time, or try prohormones I've reading about, specifically 1-ad. I have modest goals, I've been lifting for about 8 years. I was a very lean 240lb at 6'4" several years ago, but am currently a lean 215lb. I've been working very hard after deciding to get back to my old size/strength, and was considering a shortcut as I'm a hard gainer. I have gotten Denkall D-Bol in a 10mg tablet form and was told to take it with 6-OXO to fight side affects, but after doing alot of reading on this forum I'm having my doubts about this being effective, or whether this guy knew what he was talking about. It's not worth it to me to spend a ton of money or have any major side effects since I'll reach my goal eventually naturally, I'm just looking to be there sooner than later. Suggestions?

My first choice would be 400-500 mg/wk of Test Cypionate or Enanthate for 10-12 weeks followed by a sound PCT protocol.
If you opted for Prohormones/Prosteroids then look into 4-AD Cypionate and 1-Test Cypionate. You will also need proper PCT with these also.
I agree with the above posts when it comes to oral PH's, but there has been a lot of improvement in the delivery of these products ;)
