Loeffler Reforvit B-Simple = FAKE?

is there a "B-Simple" or just "Simple"? i thought it was either or and then i just read about a B-Simple being underdosed. is it also that the Reforvit-B are underdosed around 17mg via past lab reports? the "Simple" haven't been said to be underdosed?
