It's for my health science class. I'm allowed to have two of my resources come from books and the rest have to be scientific journals. What would be two good books on this. I need it to cover what it is along with some use positive and negatives.

How about Legal Muscle by Rick Collins.

So far my reading through Anabolics 2004 has been good. If you can understand all the science, Bill gives some good descriptions about each type and good and bad about each. A lot is greek to me when he breaks down molecular structures though.

Chemical Muscle is terrible. I think by far the best reference guide for juice is anabolics 2004 without a doubt. But its not written like a book it is more like a medical refernce journal.

Why do you feel chemical muscle is terrible?
