  • inject question.

I've been on my cycle for about 4 weeks now. I've been rotating between my glutes and my quads. I can only use one glute due to an abcess from a previous cycle gone bad. first Im curious if there are any bad places in the quad to hit. Second, I have fiarly large calves, If they are good for a third spot.

for glutes you can put thumb on hip bone(bone beside ass not abdomen) and extend middle finger down side fo thigh extending thumb and middle finger..this will give you good target for injection..i would stay on side of quad not front..if you do calf injections, well, good luck walkin for couple days..lol

The only spot on the quads to avoid is the side of the leg where your T-Band ligament is, you can feel it by starting at the side of the knee and tracing it up the side of your leg, It is tough to puncture through and hurts a lot. Calves are not a good spot for most people, the soreness and stiffness is tough. I wrote a long post on site injections a while back, you can probably search for it on here.
