I am just starting week 4 of my Prop\Cyp\EQ cycle. I have gone from 182 to 196 in the first 3 weeks with only a bit of bodyfat added.
I am huffing and puffing like a fat man !
My workouts are getting difficult to get through, although my strength is increasing well.
I really am not retaining alot of water either. Is this a side effect of the gear, or the extra weight or both ?
Any thoughts ?
