I know Hany Rambod has some of his clients use insulin only once or twice per week to bring up a lagging bodypart. 2-3 days prior you low carb, and the day of the lagging BP workout, you use insulin in the AM, Low dose Pre WO, and Post WO. Youll be taking in an upwards of 500-600gs of carbs that day, more if you weigh more than 240-250. His theory is, on arms for example, on a good day, you get a pump and it tapes out at 18.5 inches. When using slin as outlined, and going from carb depleted to carb loaded, you get a pump 1/4 to 1/2 inch more than previous, thus raising your pump setpoint, and your cold measurement also, anywhere from 1/8-1/4 of an inch. I cant remeber who it was, but he claimed to have added an inch to some BBers arms in 4 or 5 weeks, which is pretty damn good IMO.
very interesting... and can you spot inject using slin pin ? good info damn i love this forumn... im 290 would 5 iu for a starter and increas 1iu per day be safe ? just for safty measures being this is my first time use, needing to find a comfort zone and im using pgh would it be safe to run slin with pgh? but slin pst workout and pgh before bed and early morning? so 5iu slin post workout 5 iu pgh before bed and 2.5 iu pgh morning with breakfast? how would one run these compounds together?
