  • My next cycle for those who care....

    Weeks 1-12 Prop EOD 100mg
    Days 1-50 Fina ED 100mg
    Weeks 7-12 Winny ED 50mg
    Weeks 1-2;5-6;9-10 Clen Up to 140mcg
    Weeks 3-4;7-8;11-12 ECA 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine; Twice daily
    Weeks 6-10 T-3 Up to 70mcg using the 5%/40%/55% rule.

    -3 days after last shot: 300mg Clomid/2-7days after 100mg/8-21 50mg

    -No aspirin as I haven't heard anything good about it for the ECA part.
    -Protein will end up around 300g daily/carbs 250 added or dropped as I see fit/fats under 100.
    -Train 5 days a week. Will start cardio as well.

    -I was going to do a bulker with Cyp/Deca/Dbol but I was trying to cut my bf% down before. Now I think I'll just do this cutter to lead me into the summer and save the bulking for next fall. Any comments welcome.

    Looks very similar to my last cycle, just not all the way to 12 weeks. Hope you enjoy it.

    I wanted to do the same cylce once again in the near future, but decide to go with some sust 250 instead of the prop and then just do my best to keep things clean.

          Are you getting ready for a show? If not, what is the purpose of the T3? Is this used here as a fat burner? What B.F % are you currently at? I am very intersested in a similar cycle in the upcoming months......just contemplating wether I should use the T3?

          Sorry bro, I know you explaned this before but could you get a little more specific on the dosage/timeline of the 5-40-55 rule?

          Oh I almost forgot, just wondering what effects it has on you personally in terms of "flatening out"? I hear from others who have used it that it tends to flatten their muscles out before a show.....so how do you prevent this.....I heard carbing up doesn't even help?

              -Yes, I'm using it to cut fat as it has helped me greatly in the past.

              Bf% Probably anywhere from 14-16%. As far as T-3 goes, I'd diet first and see how it's going, if you feel you need a little extra throw in the T-3. I may not use it, but if I do, I'll use it how I have it listed above.

              - I'll be running it for 28-35 days. For this calculation let's say I'm running it for 35 days. 5% of 35 days=roughly 2 days(time ramping up)/40% of 35 days=roughly 14 days(amount of time at max dose, with me that's 75mcg)/ 55% of 35 days=roughly 19 days(amount of time ramping down). Amount of pills per day would look something like this (25mcg pills)

              -I noticed it did leave my muscles somewhat flat but not to an extreme point. I stopped using it about 3 or 4 weeks before my show though.

                  I would bump the ephdrine till 60 mg daily...end if you add proviron the last few weeks (something like 100 mg daily) it increases a distinct hardness and muscle density.
