Unless he's got a thyroid problem he should stay away from that shit. Not needed. Yes it's not meant to be run for long periods.Originally posted by JulesV View PostHello one of my friends said he ran hgh for six months with t4. I have to stop typing so damn fast make too many mistakes.
No, T4 or T3 wont shut your natural production even after 6 months. I've used it longer than that no problems. I know people use 12.5 t3 all year. One of its main purposes utilizing nutrients. Plus it helps you grow without putting on much or no BF. Thing is with T3 is use the least possible dose for you. Guys taking 100 mcgs is insane to me. It can strip muscle as fast as fat.
Your body puts out 25 mcgs. But it doesn't shut down. That's why guys say 12.5 mcgs is useless as is 25. Totally untrue. The 12.5 adds to the 25 your body is already putting out. Everyone is very different but there are very few that should need to go over 50 mcgs.
T4 is taken with GH because GH, for some reason, depletes the body's own stores. I'd rather use 12.5 of T3 than 50 of T4 which works not nearly as well.
There was a really good thread on low doses of T3 during bulking periods a few months ago.
