  • Fuck this zcornona virus

I've had it. I'm refusing to let this corna bull shit destroy everything I've tried to do the past 3 years. I just started the deca pharmavol( it works wonders for joint pain), 1 50 mg anadrol a day. Along with 700 mg of another brand test E. I dont have much but I've been doing this so long you dont need much equipment. I have 1 single pair of 30 pound dumbells, that's it right now. I just finished a chat, tricep workout. I made a bench out of some boxes. I did buy an adjustable bench. I have to assemble it. I'll try to find some heavier dumbells but for now I work with what ai have.
One thing that is 100% true is most people, including myself, use too much weight in the gym. I can take two 30 pound dumbells, a very light weight on this exercise compared to what ai usually would use, and by concentrating, forgeting about reps, do the movement slowly in the down portion as well as the press. Pause at bottom. I was able to get a really good workout. Go to failure that's the key. All exercise equipment is sold of but they are slowly getting restocked. I bought an adjustable pullup bar and I have a dip belt to add weight for back. Of course you will be limited in what you can do if you know what your doing you can get creative and do your whole upperbody.
Legs is the problem, it's a big problem for most, luckily legs are my by far best body part. I had to train them inve every three weeks when I was competing they grew so quickly my upper body cant keep up. So I'll do what I can but once back in gym my legs grow in two weeks.
You cant let this shit get you down and use it as an excuse to stop training and eat like shit. I was doing that but I realized what I was doing and it was making the whole thing more depressing.
I just took picture after home workout. The other lic is my legs from last contest.

agree it really starts to fuck with you mentally. it's probably good health wise for our bodies to be given a forced break. but the mental stress this causes definitely isn't healthy. i'm trying my best to avoid the little gym in my apartment complex but I can't stop going totally because it's my mental therapy. i feel so stressed and tense walking into a gym and so calm and relaxed by the time I walk out. i been doing a once a week total body workout. aside from that i get my cardio in by walking my dog more.

Exactly. I found myself getting very depressed. I never realized how much an hour in the gym can do for your mental stability.
Today I ordered more weights and I have an adjustable bench I need to assemble. Once I do have all that I can do a pretty productive workout. Not as good as a real gym obviously but pretty good.
Problems are Back and Legs the most. You need so much weight to train them correctly it's not doable. Chest I can do by preexhausting and using lighter weight for high reps. Shoulders and arms I can fo completely. Doing nothing was definitely fucking me up.
