Just curious on what I should get this being my first time doing a cycle. I work out everyday and have been for years. I was in the military and have a good workout ethic but want to see more results. I want to put more size on and cut up a little more. Any suggestions would help to get me started. Thanks

Yes I could help you quite a bit.
You said your goal is to build muscle and loose bodyfat or maintain bodyfat? How lean are you right now? How tall what do you weigh? Fast, slow or in the middle metabolism? Gain muscle easily or not? Gain fat easily or not? How old are you if you didn't say?
I'll tell you first thing for sure. If you want to build muscle you should not be working out 7 days a week. 4-5. Everyone has to go about this differently based on the answers to the questions I asked you and some more.

Yes I am 5'8 about 195lbs and I would say kind of lean as I used to wrestle so I would say 20 to 25 percent bmi. My metabolism is pretty damn fast still at 35 years old. Its hard for me to gain muscle and weight it always has been. And I agree its something I love to do and I definitely need to slow down on the amount I work out.

Good ole test E or C 400-500mgs per week for 12-16 weeks. Eat a lot but make it clean calories.
