Hey bouncer, here is my situation:
My testosterone was low, so the doctor has me permanently on 100mg shot of test a week. Everything was fine no problems. I made the terrible mistake of taking avodart for 4 days in attempt to avoid hair loss from the test. My nips immediately became tender, sore, and puffy and the shape of my nip changed.
I talked to my personal trainer and he told me to stop taking the avodart asap which i did. I started Arimedex about 3-4 weeks later. Now i'm almost done with the bottle and I no longer have any soreness or tenderness but its still puffy, almost like I have water behind my nips. Whenever my nips are hard, my chest looks good, but as soon as thats gone it looks terrible.
Would this product possibly work on getting my nips back to how they used to be and less "fluid feel" behind them? I have no lumps behind them from what I can tell.
Do you think I need to come off the test to get completely rid of this?
I'm really hoping that because I only took the avodart for a couple days this is reversible.
Thank you in advance!

I've skimmed through the thread, thanks for for linking to the letrozole. I've had gyno since early teens and still have the hard lump (I'm now 22) so I'm not expecting the gyno to completely vanish at this point, but absolutely any reduction in size would be a major help for me.
I have a couple of questions:
1. I've heard being on a calorie deficit/losing bodyfat is beneficial to reducing gyno whilst taking letro. Is this true? Do you think being on a calorie surplus/bulking would be detrimental to the effects of letro?
2. What is the reason that you advise someone like me to take a low dose (around .5mgs per day?) over the higher dose stated in the original post?
Thanks.

letro is very strong, i think the higher doses are for people with a huge gyno issue.Originally posted by jayton View PostI've skimmed through the thread, thanks for for linking to the letrozole. being fat and eating junk definitly wont help the situation of gyno. more fat = higher estro levels.
