Hey bouncer,

I'm looking for a little more advice...it's been almost a full two months running the letro at 1.25 mg and my gyno is almost gone..I'd say 90%...anyhow I have noticed in the past week or so there has not been much change if any in the reduction of the small lumps behind my nips which should be gone by now. I decided to bump it today to 2.0 and try running it there for another few weeks. Do you think this is ok or would you advise against it?

My thoughts were the bump to 2.0 would help eliminate the last of it since the progression of reducing it has seemed to stop at 1.25 dose. Just looking for your input as you are the resident expert here. Thanks!

its more about time then dose bro. give it a few more weeks. if still no change at all i would say the last 10% of your gyno will probably not go away.

Oh I see. I thought dosage would affect to some degree. Well you think I'm just wasting my letro by upping the dose to 2 mg or at this point it's worth the shot for another few weeks?

na, i dont think it is a waste. keep it at that dose for another month. if no change, that is all it is gonna do. be happy with the 90% effective rate. :)

Ok sounds good to me. All thats left is a tiny lump a little smaller than a pea on the left side so I guess you are right compared to the size it was that's pretty good. Now if i don't see any more change and I am left with this little bit of gyno....how do i go about being on that var cycle I mentioned a few messages ago..or any cycle in the future for that matter...won't I always have a recurring issue?

any cycle you run in the future run it with 10mg nolvadex.

well since you are obvously prone to gyno nolv would always be a good adition to your cycles.

it is a lot more mild then letro so it wont have the sides like feeling tired etc..

nolv doesnt lower estrogen in the body, it simply blocks it from interacting with the breast tissue.

Oh ok I never really used nolv before only adex. I could technically also use letro too right at something like.25 or .5 mg ed?... I can def see the importance due to my sensitivity for when running test but would i still do something like this even when running var by itself? It was my understanding it doesn't aromatize.
