Unfortunately, Nolvadex isnīt perfect. Anecdotally, it has been linked to reduced gains in some bodybuilders. This isnīt due, as previously thought, to its reducing estrogen levels (which it doesnīt), but rather to itīs ability to possibly reduce IGF (Insulin-like-Growth-Factor) levels, which are important for muscle growth.

we take gh to increase igf levels
"possibly reduce" :P i been taking low dose nolv with my cycles for years with my GH. always have great results and have no gyno to boot!

But for bodybuilders, the training-induced damages are a key ingredient to trigger growth. Nolvadex will therefore reduce the muscle building effects of resistance training.
this makes no sense. its saying that nolvadex protects muscle from being damaged and that is why it reduces the muscle building effects. if that is true then the opposite must be true. lets find a drug that heavily damages the muscles.. that would be great for bodybuilders! haha.

i think this is a case of someone drawing conclusions that they really shouldn't be.

yup i have to agree bro --- the benefits far outway the small chance that it may reduce gh effectiveness -

Here is a another Nolvadex question, we discussed estrogen causing thick skin, do you think the use of Letro or Nolva would cause thinner skin over time?

Yup I'm with ya BS, I read that someplace, basically Tamox was given to women with estrogen dependent carcinomas, then they found arimidex and other AI's that were better at suppressing estrogen and thus replaced nolca with these, but the numbers didn't stack, some cancers kept on growing when in theory the arimidex shoulda worked better, then they figured why, the nolva was also suppressing GH and as we know one a tumour is present is grows quicker with gh present.

It may be dose dependent though, 10mg nolva is indicated as enough to get the test benefit but may well not be enough to supress gh.

So lets say you take 10mg ed of nolva only, you think you will see any any results, and how long would taking nolva still net supposed results.
