    How's everyone doing?

    I've been out of the gym for the past 6 weeks because I had surgery on my arm. Just started back 2 days ago and it's a little frustrating to having to take it light right now but I know in time strength will improve again. Just did some upper body so far, tomorrow I'll hit legs and that should be better. :) It does feel good to be getting back into the swing of things again finally!

    All those pain in the ass hurricanes have pretty much messed up this month. Too much other stuff going on just to survive, and diet/lifting took a back seat at times. October is a new month and I'm looking forward to some sort of normalcy again.

      Good attitude, deca. What's done is done and now it's time to kick it into gear again. Now if we can just make it through the rest of the season without any more hurricanes we'll be set, huh? LOL
