    1-4 weeks D-bol
    1-10 weeks Test Enth
    5-10 weeks Clen
    5-10 weeks T-3
    12-15 weeks Clomid
    12-16 weeks Nolv
    20-22 weeks DNP
    21-22 weeks T-3

    I think this is the best way to spread out the gear I have, Do any one have a any suggestions.

    LOL, that is not your first cycle

    Im not a fan of DNP or T-3 unless you are gonna get on stage
    and I like to run test E at least 16 weeks but that is just me.

      Yea this is my first cycle, I tryed to read a bit on it before I got in the deep end. I need to loss a bit of fat soon. Im not doing a show or anything, just where im located at there is poor source of foods, and I need all the help I can get. Is this the best way to run my cycle?

            way way way to much for a first cycle.

            DNP is extremely dangerous. cut it, you dont need it.

            make the test weeks 1-12

            cut the clomid out, not needed.

            run the nolv 3 week after last test shot. run it at 40mgs first month and then 20mg the seconf month.

            now lets talk about diet as this is by far the most important thing. what do you mean you "where you are located their is poor source of foods?

                  Where I work at there is only the job's cafeteria there is no outside food, so I limited to what they cook. Most of the we run out of anything green...lol

                      how the hell can you get gear and not get food bro, im sorry that's ridiculous. Order shit online - get bulk shit air dropped into the himalayans or wherever your crib is set up shop at.

                          I eat the product they call eggs and some oatmeal 7am
                          at 9:30 I have a protein shake
                          11am I have lunch back at the cafe so i try to get the most healthy think on the menu
                          3pm I have another shake
                          6pm back to the cafe
                          9pm last shake
