you should just break it down simply bro - try something like this

    day 1: chest / bi

incline bb press 3 sets 8-10 reps
flat db press 3 sets 8-10 reps
dips + weight if possible 3 sets rep out
    cable flys

    bb curls 3x8-10
    hammer curls 3x8-10
    preacher curls 3x8-10

    day 2: legs
squats / hack squats / leg press - same rep range as above

    rest

    day 3: back
bent over bb rows / deads / wide grip pull downs

    day 4: shoulders / tris
db press / side db raises , rear db raises - shrugs bb / db whatever you feel better

tris - close grip bb press / skull crushers / cable push downs.

    rest - rinse - repeat.

are you still trying to lean up ? Cuz at 185 - putting on some size you should throw some red meat in that mix - preworkout is best time for it. Good luck bro.

no real reason to put a time stamp on a training schedule - you will see when gains are coming slower etc, then it's time to look @ what you are eating and consider training differently.
