What should I try next? Im almost finish with my first cycle and was looking for some help planing the 2nd cycle. I want to try Test & EQ or up the dose on the test to 750mg a week.

I would try the 500mgs test E again and put more effort into eatting more real food. cleam cals is what will do the trick for you not shakes everyother meal.
check out the nutrition section for some good diets and advise. You should of blew up on that cycle. assuming the gear is good.
