  • Need some help

    Hey guys. I am wanting to try some stuff but I do not know what to take or how much of it to take. I am 6'4" 280 lbs 33yr old. I'm not too fat prolly about 23% BF. I played sports in college and was in the Army. So I have been working out a while. I like my size but want to get a little more lean, cut muscles. Open to any suggestions. Thanks

        I worout everyday, llifting and cardio. My diet is not too bad alot of chicken, fish, fruits and veggies, every now and then some rice or pasta, and an occasional cheat.

          If you don't mind, post up your full meal regiment.

          Starting with meal one at a certain time, than meal 2, meal 3, etc...

            A occasional cheat and your 23% BF I dont think so.

            7:00) 8 eggs 1 cup oatmeal
            10:00) workout
            11:00) 10 oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
            12: ect ect ect
            ect

              meal 1: 8 egg whites and a wheat toast or fruit
              meal 2: protein bar
              meal 3: chicken breast with a salad
              meal 4: protein shake after workout
              meal 5: fish or steak or chicken and salad with fruit

              Thinking about trying out some equipoise

                  Ok what you just posted is about 1000 cal food a day. How do you weigh 280lbs?

                    i eat 2 or 3 chicken breast and sometimes rice...my servings are usually pretty big and I eat alot of meat

                        exactly, you are not interested in what will really change your body which is diet, you are only interested in drugs.

                        EQ alone is a garbage steroid cycle.

                          dredogg3588 its all about what you're putting into your system. The last thing you need to worry about it drugs. Get your diet down to a T, get your bodyfat percentage down, and than start using steroids.

                              Dont ask us how " to get lean with cut muscles" if that is not what you wanna hear.
                              If you wanna know about EQ just ask. I personaly would not take EQ unless it was 450mgs or more. but I also would not advise you to use it for a first cycle or by itsself I would run test with it. Or if first cycle run just test.
                              I will advis you again you have to put in the work before the steroids will work. The most important thing is diet then the gym them steroids
