Forgot the stats. I started out at 24 BMI and 21 BFP. I am down to 19 BMI and 16 BFP, right at 5'11" and 196 now. Thanks everyone for the advice. Started the Paleo Diet 4 days ago to cut the waist off. Goal is to get down to 12 BFP and get up to about 210. Probably going to take me a year to get there.
