I have a real untraditional split...in the am, I start with 20 mins cardio, then Abs, then I lift..typically 2 muscle groups superset. I aim for 4-5 sets, first major set, the 4 for the rest. Normally 3 different circuits. Then in the afternoon-evening, I hit the same muscles, but lighter and like detail muscles. Like if it's chest and shoulders, in the pm, I'll do pushups and rear delts or something. Reasons is, I'm a trainer and damn near have no time. Plus I train with 2 clients in the am..
