First Cycle

Hey everyone, I been researching and constructing my first cycle. So I was hoping to get some feed back and some suggestions.

I am planning on doing a 10 Week Test-E cycle.

This is what it looks like:

Week 1-10 - Test-E 250mg E5D or E4D ?
Week 1-12 .25mg Anastrozole ED OR Exemestane 25mg EOD (reduce bloat)? Through my research seems like a class I suicide inhibitor would work best, but adex is still reliable. I would like to get your suggestions on it.

PCT starts 1 week later after the last injection.
Week 1: Day 1 300mg Clomid. Day 2-7 100mg
Week 2 50mg Clomid
Week 3 Nolva 40mg
Week 4 Nolva 40mg
Week 5 Nolva 20mg
Week 6 Nolva 20mg

Is this fine ? Or is this a bit an overkill on PCT? Also what are your thoughs for adding orals for first 4 weeks ? Since it's my first cycle, it seems just Test cycle would be optimal.:weights:

Adex should be EOD as it has a 48 hour half life. I run it with test 300mgs and deca 200mgs E5D @ .5mgs EOD. Work perfectly.

Never heard of only running clomid for 2 weeks, people usually run it longer.

You could run orals the first 4 weeks but I'd personally just wait and let the injectables kick in. If you run dbol for 4 weeks and then come off you can actually lose weight and strength even though the test is kicking in. So that can be a bit of a mind fuck.

Plus the last time I ran orals I passed out at Costco. Lol.

Week 2 Nolva 40mg / Clomid 50mg
Week 3 Nolva 40mg / Clomid 50mg

Week 5 Nolva 20mg / Clomid 25mg
Week 6 Nolva 20mg / Clomid 25mg

and should be runned during PCT as well or no ?

I would keep it in at a lower dose for a few weeks.

Unless you have a major cycle history.

Also make sure you have everything on hand before you start, including your pct. Last thing you want to do is run into any issues with access to what you need last min.
