Hi guys and gals just stumbled across this forum I am a member on a number of of others and a vet on a couple of them.
Been lifting since HS dabbled w AAS since junior year and UpTo now I'm 36now... About 4 years ago I got very ill and was close to death,I dropped down to 125pounds ,that's less than my wife weighs,got better and been back at it ever since . I'm here to learn and share my experience... I recognize a few handles on this board,and I'm sure we will get to know those I'm not familiar with.

Old boyfriend...Nah lol ...I as confused by that as well but it's a welcome back under the iron type of welcome back... Ido know some of these guys from other forums tho...
