First off, great site. Plenty of info out there. I'm a 39 year old firefighter, been hitting the weights my entire life. Currently 5'11" and 215 lbs at a BF of 12%. I have found out that in my older age I'm slowing down but hey that expected right, anyway stumbled across the forums and thought I'd hang out and make some friends.
