i hung out with kai most of the day yesterday -- he is one of the nicest guys i have met yet -- his knowledge on bodybuilding is amazing -- we both had a 14 oz steak then begain deviding up burgers - i mean actually cutting them up into quarters lol

His back looks ridiculous, but even his upper body looks small compared to his HUGE LEGS!!! That first pic makes him look cartoonish.
