Anyone remember what cutler use to look like?

Day after the 2001 Mr.O where he should have beat Coleman. He never again looked this good. Why not? Did he just max out his drug potential or what? I am sure he has tried to mimic this look with the same diet, drugs, and training. What is it that has prevented him from getting back to this level, even the very next year etc..? Dude looks like a god. This verson of cutler would murder Phil Heath IMO.
