Phil Heath Arm Mutation

Dude has some sort of mutation that allows his arms to grow unchecked. His 2 arms probably weigh the same as the rest of his entire body. There has been other guys with arms this size but they are usually bigger guys in terms of height and width. The ratio of phils arms compared to the rest of him has to be some kind of record. lol

He claims he doesn't even train arms regularly as they respond too well. If this is really true then imagine if he didnt.
