Could be. 1999/2000 was one look. I'm 2005 he tightened up again and looked great. Faded after so I think he got injured after the 2005 one.

In the second pic he literally dwarfs everyone. Not only that but look how small his waist is. Shawn Ray to his left was known to have a tiny waist. Ronnie's actually looks smaller there.
