Fucking Heath has a two pack in that pic. He needs some lower ab definition asap. Bit yeah I think Dex has made that turn now. We may have seen the best of him pass by. I still think he looked better than Rhoden though. Rhodens back had zero definition and his arms sucked too.

look at his width compared to the others. look at arm size. id say he looks smaller compared to say 2010ish
