        Man, I cannot wait until he gets on stage in 10yrs. He'll be a whole new person. In fact he might look younger. Sources say he's going all natural and switching to a vegetarian diet

          You forgot to add the CrossFit that he's doing and how he has big plans with the IFBB to bring CrossFit and IFBB together to form some new fitness league with TV and everything.

            jokes aside. i bet if he did all his therapy and took off from weight training for a year or so. took his meds, ate a healthy diet and hit the GH in the 5iu range he'd do a whole lot more healing then continually trying to get in the gym the day after surgery. again i bring up levrone. much as we don't like it, taking off from the gym a few months a year seems to be what the body needs if your training heavy enough to seriously stimulate muscle.
