Vericose veins? He looks good but man that midsection is blocky and big waist them again Jay Cutler had the same issue but he was so big it was hard to notice. He should be top 3-5 at the Arnold.

I wonder if these images are photoshopped. The head looks weirdly undersized, kinda cartoonish. Probably why these guys rarely show up looking like this at the show.
