Congratulations on winning the show--I would work on coming in more lean next time, especially the lower body.

yeah, next time i will put more work into my glutes and my abs could have been better in my mind,also my hamstrings i thought were a little smooth

good self-assessment--those areas, especially glutes and hams are tough for me to get shredded, too.

thanks, since last weekend ive been talking to another bodybuilder in my area and he gave me some pointers on the glutes, as far as the hamstrings im still kinda lost
