I would tell you to do what works best for you. If your legs are not as lean as your upper body it is merely a matter of diet, water weight etc. At this point it is too late to really focus on developing the muscles of the leg as opposed to burning calories etc.

While I agree with Nark and LMG about the StairMaster etc adding to the benefit of good looking leg muscles that will not help you to lose tremendous amounts of bodyfat in the lower body any more than one could hope to lose bodyfat in their upper body by "shadow boxing." The last place that I hold onto fat is in my lower back, hamstrings and glutes so everyone is different. I would just tell you to keep dialing in your diet and hopefully everything comes together. The cardio will only help to increase your chances of losing overall bodyfat etc but I don't think it's going to increase you losing bodyfat in your lower body any faster than in the rest of your body.

i agree...i just wasn't sure if i was missing something or if there was anythign else i could do. My legs being developed is not the problem it is jsut that i tend to hold mroe fat and water there than anywhere else.

so i just did 30 mins on the stairmaster..was hard but felt really good...ill keep doign that for cardio and get some pics up by the end of the week.
