well - 234 lbs and not much to pull off - i start my aldactone next thursday -- will cut my test next saturday - will keep everything else going right up to before i board the plane for the second show - may cut gh next saturday aswell though -

running 8 ius ed so i am holding a touch of water from that - if the aldactone pulls out enough will keep gh in for another week
