I don't even know who he is but looking at those pictures he needs to work on his lower lats too, he has no lower back thickness.

the pictures above make him look better then he is really. he has a hard time flexing his abs. its almost like he cant control them.

Let me also say that Jeff Long is just about as over hyped as they come. This dude needs to get his midsection in check.

i dislike that guy a great deal - looks down on everyone - i beat him onstage ya he was not 100 percent as he was getting ready for the natinals but his overall arrogant atitude still made me feel good about beating him :) -

hate guys that feel they are better then everyone ! thats just one of the many shitty aspects of the sport
