Anyone hear of him before. I know he earned his pro card in 2005 and was beat in the overall by Phil Heath. I was just thinking about when I lived in Tampa. He used to help me a lot (oddly enough free of charge) when I was working out at Lifestyles. Very cool, down to earth guy.

He works out at the Lifestyles in Palm harbor now. I usually train at Countryside, but a buddy of mine works at Palm Harbor, so sometimes i go up there. I have seen him a few times. he is a big boy. it is cool to see somebody like that in person, gives you a whole other perspective. And to think he is small compared to Jay and Ronnie lol.
