He said after the show he's about 25 weeks away from contest shape and weighs about 295lb now, so he would be about 265lb contest condition.

He's had some surgery now so that his lat properly engages and it already looks better, not saying he'll ever be like he was but still a big guy.

Its amazing to think he hit that stage at 296lbs in 2004 olympia Phenominal!
